On a quiet side road without passing through traffic lies this lovely. recently furnished house which is equipped with all conveniences on a parcel of 3000 m. In the. on the ground floor situated. house which has its own entrance. you find a well taken care of and refreshing interior combined with several wooden furniture what the landlord restores as an hobby. In the garden you find a few sitting areas and barbeque options as well as a view at the surrounding nature park Kaufunger Wald. This of course invites you to make long walks. but also excursions to Kassel (25 km.) or Bad Soden-Allendorf (15 km.) are easily made. Unique is the 500 metres further situated men playground where you can a.o. drive a quad or take several tests with all terrain vehicles. But above all. this new house offers the possibility to explore this beautiful central part of Germany in a comfortable way.

The Schminke Holiday Home is on a quiet street in the village of Grossalmerode. The home is suitable for three people and is on the first floor. Grossalmerode is famous as a walkers paradise. It is between the three highest points in the Kurhessian Mountain area. You can enjoy twenty-five walking routes through the nearby Meiszner-Kaufunger Wald National Park.
