• Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking.
  Arrivals are from 17:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
  Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival.
  Optional services to be paid on site:
  - bed linen rental: € 16 per person per week
  - towels rental: € 9,50 per person per week
  - beds made upon arrival: from € 65 to € 80, depending on the accommodation type
  - end-of-stay cleaning: from € 137 to € 147, depending on the accommodation type
  - baby bed: € 30 per week
  - baby high chair: € 25 per week
  - baby bed + baby high chair kit: € 50 per week.
  A changing mat, baby bath and bottle warmer are available for free upon prior request and subject to availability.
  A € 50 weekly fee applies per pet.
  The pool will be open weather permitting from 09 April to 05 November 2022.
