• You will be able to check in using a key box with a code. The access codes will be provided to you on the day of your arrival, no later than 30 minutes before the check-in time.
  If you wish to use the on-site parking, you will have to pay the parking fee by noon on the day of arrival.
  Visitors are not allowed in the accommodations.
  Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. You will not be able to store your luggage on site.
  Please note that the parking lot has 7 parking spaces. Instructions for parking can be found in the message provided by the owner with the access codes of the accommodation. Only cars with a maximum height of 2.40 meters are allowed to park on site.
  Please note that you will need to provide identification and a phone number for the person who made the reservation.
  Parking is subject to availability.
  No bachelor parties or similar events are permitted in this facility.
  As this facility is located in a residential area, we ask that you avoid excessive noise.
  Please inform 1Stays Apartments - Chabaud in advance of your expected arrival time. You can indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section at the time of booking or contact the property directly. Contact information will be included on your reservation confirmation.
  You will need to present photo identification and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  A security deposit of € 150 is required. This will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made within 14 days of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment.
  Please be aware that we do not accept late check-ins.
  Please note that arrivals after check-in time will be marked as a no shows.
  Please be aware that only one travel cot is available in your accommodation, and both the mattress and sheets for the baby cot are not included. You will need to bring your own sheets for the baby cot to ensure a comfortable stay for your little one.
  We make your payments easy by accepting a range of convenient and secure methods, including bank cards, digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, as well as specific options such as Bancontact, iDEAL and deferred payments via Klarna.
