• There is no reception at this property.
  Check-in is self-managed. Guests can collect their keys from the key box located at the check-in address.
  At check-out, guests are asked to lock the apartment door and post the keys through the letterbox of the apartment on departure.
  If you are driving, please scan the QR code each day of your stay and upload your car registration.
  This will automatically allow you the 24-hour free parking at the development.
  Parking penalties cannot be cancelled so it is imperative that you all do that when you get to Hopetoun, you will be responsible for parking penalties if issued.
  There is not allocated space, you can park anywhere at the back of the street where you collected keys from the key box, as long you do not block spaces allocated for permits holders or spaces with bollards.
  Do not park on the main street.
  Please inform Edinburgh Playhouse Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time.
  You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties or large gatherings.
  A damage deposit is required prior to your arrival. We accept MasterCard or Visa Card.
  All of our properties are non-smoking, and we expect to get the apartments back in the same conditions as on arrival.
