• SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Please note that if you book 24 hours within the check in time the charge will be made on arrival. This property does not accept cash at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport- a copy will be made. Please note that this property has a strict no party policy. Should SACO staff believe a party and/or illegal activity is taking place or is due to take place, SACO retains the right to restrict access to the apartment including booker and anyone involved. This is necessary to ensure the security and peace of mind for all guests. On-site parking available at additional charge of £ 20 per day. Parking is subject to availability, please request at the time of the booking. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Housekeeping provides fresh linen on a weekly basis. Group Policy: Ten apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates is considered a group booking. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately the property is unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
