• From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Special Notice:
  -A landslide has occurred at Hole 11 area at Resorts World Awana Golf Course. The Golf Course is currently closed until further notice.
  -The golf course is under renovation until further notice. However, 9-hole games are still available.
  -Wawasan 2020 Grand Ballroom is temporarily closed for upgrading works until further notice. However other hotel facilities are still operating as usual.
  Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Fee of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.
  This hotel is providing a free cable car tickets to our guests. FREE Return Awana Skyway tickets:
  Entitlement : Free 1 return Skyway ticket per room irrespective of number of staying nights.
  Validity : 26 Sep 2022 onwards until further notice
  Redemption : Please approach Front Office to redeem the ticket upon check-in.
